Various bespoke courses have been offered including:

• Asset Integrity Management of Offshore Structures & Pipelines (KL, Malaysia, March 2007)

• Topsides Visual Inspection of Ageing Offshore Assets (Aberdeen, Scotland, November 2014)

The Topsides Visual Inspection course provides:

• a benchmark for structural engineers carrying out topsides structural visual inspection

• it will advise/train ageing and life extension (ALE) personnel conducting physical assessments of ageing facilities (structures and plant)

• it will also provide a good introduction to new starts (graduates, etc), cross-discipline engineers (e.g. maintenance, corrosion, materials, HSE) and engineering/asset managers about the degradation processes that occur of offshore facilities

The Topsides Visual Inspection course (November 2014) may be run in-house either as a three-day company course or shortened (by omitting modules 3, 4, 7 & 8) to a two-day course.
